It is a recipe that we have been using for a great many years, more precisely since 1950, when Enrico Castellazzi founded the artisanal workshop Casa del Dolce, now the site of a modern and advanced confectionery plant.
Since then Casa del Dolce has always been our home too and the choice of keeping the management and ownership of the company within the family has brought us significant results, such as placing us among the leading companies in the sector.

Ours is a modern industrial plant, where technology and imagination create thousands of confectionery products every day.
It is a team work that never stops: innovative equipment, rigorous quality checks and efficient logistics make us a point of reference in the market and allow us to offer tailor-made solutions. The expansion of our “Casa”, with new production, storage and logistics facilities distributed over an area of 3000 square meters, has made our company even more competitive.
